Umut is not only a young person with a strong vision, but also a mentor to other young people in achieving their dreams. To me, he is an obvious leader who understands the rewards to delayed gratification and working hard to get to your destination. His advice to adults is:- Stop saying, “when we were young, things were different” because things are always changing and you should learn from what is happening rather than referencing the past – Be supporters and not decision-makers for your children because it doesn’t allow them the ability to make up their own minds.
